Research on Manufacturers’ Referral Strategy Considering Store Brand Retailers and Traditional Retailers

It has become a common commercial phenomenon for retailers to establish their own brands. The manufacturer referral strategy is studied through model which includes manufacturer, traditional retailer and store brand retailer. We conduct research on the three cooperation methods of manufacturer: “no information referral”, “exclusive referral” “nonexclusive referral”. equilibrium wholesale price, manufacturer’s order quantity retailer’s product output are by constructing game models, best choice between analysed according profit. results show that level does not change number products, while market loss rate leads in among different choices. Under combined effect intensity competition, will decision its products. When meets certain range, sales can be maximized.
